My story

I have taken my own family for Umrah eleven times, and I plan every journey the way I plan ours - the walk to the Haram first, everything else afterwards.

Travel style

I book close to the Haram and I am honest about what close means, in minutes rather than metres. I like hotels where an elderly parent can rest between prayers without a shuttle ride. I read the Ramadan calendar before I quote anybody, because a night in the last ten is not the same product as a night in Shaban, and I will say so before you book rather than after.
