We recently performed our first Umrah (two adults & two kids under 10). We chose Umrah Companions (UC) for the land package, including transfers between Jeddah-Madinah, Madinah-Makkah and Makkah-Jeddah, as well as our local ziyaraats and they also facilitated our visa applications. They made the process seamless: from initial discovery call to responding to our questions to providing guidance as we progressed in the planning and booking stages. The team works with your budget and for us, their hotel recommendations were phenomenal in that we were able to minimize our travel times to the Masajid and maximize our ibaadah times. As part of standard process, a WhatsApp group was formed ahead of us leaving Canada and in the 48 hours leading to our trip, the UC team went into hypercare mode. The staff were very responsive, we were kept informed of all critical information ahead of time, including driver names, contact info, car details. Our ziyarat hosts, especially our Makkah guide, were punctual, well informed and took pride in taking us around, sharing the history and significance of the places. All in all, I would highly recommend UC to anyone undertaking this journey and especially more so if it's your first time. JAK UC!

The transport was excellent, the hotel choices and guidance were outstanding, and every small detail was taken care of. We never once had to worry about taxis, cabs, or the stress of navigating a new city. From check-ins and check-outs to ensuring our hotel rooms met expectations, everything was delivered exactly as promised—a rarity these days. Honestly, all we had to think about was where to eat lunch or dinner! Everything else was handled for us, which made the experience not only easy but truly meaningful. It became a bonding journey for our family and a deeply personal spiritual experience without the stress that can sometimes come with travel. We are already planning our next Umrah with them, insha’Allah. We travelled as family of four for Umra from 22 Sep to 30th September 2025. We are pretty well travelled family but I don’t have words to appreciate and acknowledge the meticulous planning and flawless execution by Umra Companion team both in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Every inch of our trip was extremely well coordinated and there were absolutely no hiccups. The team worked like well oiled machinery and always a step ahead. The hotels were great and transport was top of the line. The drivers were always there before time and as we arrived at hotels the rep of Umra Companion was waiting for us to facilitate check in process.
