That is the house rate; yours is agreed when we approve you. Why would somebody book their Umrah through me?
Because Umrah is not a holiday and a search engine cannot tell them which side of the Haram to sleep on, whether their mother will manage the walk, or what the last ten nights really cost. You can. That is the whole job.
Do I need to have worked in travel before?
No. What we look for is that you have made the journey yourself and that people already ask you about it. We teach the rest - the visa rules, the rate sheets, how a hotel is priced.
How do I get paid, and how much?
A percentage of the package price - the house rate is shown above, and yours is agreed when we approve you. It is a share of what your traveller pays rather than of anything internal, so you are never asked to work out our cost. It is calculated on each booking and shown on your dashboard before the traveller has paid, becomes due once they are home, and goes out after our team has checked it.
Can I do this alongside my job?
Yes. The work is enquiries and answers, and both of those fit around a job. Ramadan and the school holidays are the busy weeks, and you decide how many travellers you take on.
What if a traveller asks me something I do not know?
Ask the assistant, or ask us. Our team sits behind every consultant, and a question about a visa route or a Rawdah permit is answered by a person who deals with it daily.
