Final Booking Terms & Traveler Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and organized pilgrimage experience, all travelers are kindly advised to review and understand the following terms:

• Each Umrah package is subject to specific service policies set by the respective hotels, airlines, transport providers, and ground handlers. These may include, but are not limited to: payment deadlines, required documentation (e.g., valid passport, visa, vaccination records), hotel check-in/check-out times, and scheduled transport timings.
• Once a package is confirmed and the visa process has commenced, no further changes can be made to the selected hotel, transport arrangements, or overall itinerary. This policy is in place to meet processing timelines and maintain coordination with Saudi authorities and service partners.
• Certain services—particularly transport and ground handling—may require the traveler to sign short consent or service forms directly with the supplier. These agreements are standard and ensure smooth service delivery on the ground.
• All travelers are responsible for adhering to Saudi laws and visa regulations. Travelers must return to their country of origin before the expiration of their Umrah visa. Overstaying may result in penalties or legal action by the Saudi authorities. Umrah Companions holds no responsibility for any consequences resulting from non-compliance.

 

By proceeding with the booking, the traveler acknowledges and agrees to comply with the terms outlined above. These conditions are designed to protect the integrity of the travel experience and to facilitate a safe and respectful pilgrimage for all participants.

 

PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices shown are inclusive of accommodation (in registered Nusuk-approved hotels), transportation, and services listed in the package description. Pricing may vary based on availability, foreign exchange fluctuations, or supplier rate changes.

 

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors and will inform you before finalizing your booking. You may choose to accept the new price or cancel the booking.

 

CANCELLATIONS & CHANGES

Changes or cancellations can be made by contacting our customer support or using your account dashboard. Some packages or elements (e.g., airline tickets) may be non-refundable or non-changeable depending on the supplier’s rules.

 

Cancellation charges may apply depending on the time of cancellation and supplier policies. Refunds (if any) are processed within 14–21 business days.

 

TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION & VISA

It is your responsibility to ensure that all pilgrims in the booking group possess a valid passport, Umrah visa, vaccination records, and any additional documentation required by Saudi authorities.

 

• Umrah Companions is not liable for denial of travel due to incomplete or invalid documents. Passengers are encouraged to check in a minimum of 3 hours before the scheduled departure time for International Flights and 2 hours prior for Domestic Flights.
•  It is your responsibility to confirm that all your travel documents are accurate and valid for your journey. This includes your e-ticket, passport, visa (if necessary), travel insurance (if applicable), and any other required travel documents.
• We hold no responsibility if you are denied boarding or refused entry into any country because of your failure to possess the correct passport, visa, or other necessary documents as mandated by any airline, authority, or country.
• Travelers must verify that their passport remains valid for at least 6 months beyond their return travel date.

 

PACKAGE AVAILABILITY & CHANGES

All Umrah packages are subject to availability. In rare cases, we may need to modify your itinerary or relocate your accommodation (only to equivalent or better options). If your selected hotel is not available, a Nusuk-approved equivalent will be provided.

 

We are not liable for additional expenses caused by delays, visa issues, transport disruptions, or force majeure events.

 

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Umrah Companions and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Any loss, injury, delay, or inconvenience caused by suppliers.
• Cancellations or overbookings by hotels or airlines.
• Changes made by third-party vendors.

All services are provided “as is” without warranties unless explicitly stated.

By submitting reviews or testimonials, you grant us permission to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes. We may use, publish, or edit such content without further approval or compensation.
